The whole Villa has a lovely relaxing feel about it and the design allows for great cooking facilities inside but also for the stunning Spanish springs and summers there is a large BBQ area and also a good quality bread/ pizza oven.

The wow factor continues with a incredible kidney shaped pool which is just over 7 x 4 m and has internal steps, but this is only half of the fun as at one end is a waterfall feature which fun loving adults and children will simply adore.

If you combine the quality of the villa with it’s facilities and incredible views you have a villa which offers all a family need but also for couples that like that extra space a lovely holiday experience.

The icing on the cake as usual are the stunning nearby village and with Comares which is a 10 minutes drive away you have one of most striking in the area, also for off season when cooler you could walk to the village feasible in 30 minutes but decent walking boots and a good level of fitness would be required, please ask for advise.
Downstairs:-
Kitchen: Large fully equipped Kitchen, with 5 ring gas hob, Electric oven, microwave, Dishwasher. Archway through to Dining area, with table and chairs.

Lounge: Spacious area with 2 large sofas and TV/DVD player and wi-fi.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, storage space. En-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, w.c and sink.

Toilet: W.C. and sink.

Front enclosed large porch area, Dining table, fan. Doors to front terrace and Pool terrace.

Utility Room: Large area with Washing Machine and Cleaning equipment. Door to Pool Terrace and door to garage.

Upstairs:-
Bedroom 2: King size bed, storage space. Radiator. Air-con. Small area with single bed and door through to large en-suite bathroom, which has a large corner bath, separate shower enclosure, bidet,w.c. and twin sinks. Heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 3: Twin bed room, radiator , with doors opening up on to large terrace with table and chairs, wonderful views all around.

Large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space for all the family!

There is a door to the terrace from the landing.

Outside:-
The house is set in lovely grounds with mature plants and shrubs. There is a covered area off the front porch, so you can get plenty of shade if need be. This leads round to the pool area. The pool is a large 7 x 4m with a wonderful waterfall feature. It measures from 1.20/1.8m in depth. There are loungers and table and chairs, under a shady area. The outdoor Kitchen is convenient to the pool area with BBQ and sink, with a door leading back into the utility room. There is also a bread oven and Outdoor shower.
