House By The Pool

Spacious 3 bedroom house. 2 bathrooms. Furnished to a high standard and fully equipped for up to 8 people. Situated on a quiet residential community less than a mile from the beach and less than 15 minutes from La Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure complex. Good choice of shops, bars and restaurants with 15 minutes walk (some much less distance). local Saturday street market is very close by. The location means you are not dependant upon a car.

The front and side terrace is furnished with recliner chairs, bistro table, outside dinning table and bbq and overlooks one of two communal pools. The large lounge has sofas, Sat TV, dvd player, PS2 and music centre. There are a range of PS2 games, dvd’s, books, cd’s and tourist information in the house. Indoor dinning table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen; Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

There is a downstairs twin bedroom and downstairs shower room. On the first floor is another large twin room that comfortably accommodates a third bed. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, private furnished balcony and again can accommodate an extra bed.

The lounge and both upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. All rooms have ceiling fans. There are two folding beds that can be used in the room of your choice.

Rental includes air conditioning, bed linen and house towels.
